Supporting Our Patients and Their Families
Family and friends play an important role in a patient’s comfort and well-being. We welcome your support and ask that you follow these guidelines to help maintain a restful, safe environment.

Visiting Hours
Visiting hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Please check with hospital staff for directions to the patient’s care area.

Visitation may be adjusted based on the patient’s condition, treatment needs, and preferences. Patients may choose whether to receive visitors. Please speak with the nursing staff about special circumstances or requests to stay outside regular visiting hours.

Visitor Guidelines
• Children age 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult in patient care areas.
• Shirts and shoes are required.
• Please keep conversations and electronic devices at a respectful volume.
• Check with the patient’s nurse before bringing food or drinks for the patient.
• Follow staff instructions and any posted precautions.

Staying with a Patient
If a patient needs a family member or support person to remain with them, please discuss arrangements with the nursing staff.

Children age 12 and younger receiving care must have a parent or another responsible adult remain with them. Please speak with staff if you need assistance making arrangements.

Meals and Refreshments
We understand that staying close to a loved one is important. Although meals are not routinely provided to visitors, visitors remaining with a patient may request a meal through the nursing staff. Staff can explain available options and help coordinate your request.

For other food and refreshment options, please ask staff for current information.

Spiritual Support
If you or your loved one would like spiritual support, please let the nursing staff know. Staff can help contact your personal minister.

Chapel
Our chapel is located near the canteen and provides a quiet place for prayer, reflection, and comfort. Patients, family members, and friends are welcome to use it.

Safety and Fire Drills
The hospital conducts regular safety drills. If an alarm sounds, please remain calm and follow staff instructions.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the hospital. Please follow posted signs and ask staff about the current smoking policy.

Gift Shop and Volunteer Services
Our Hospital Auxiliary volunteers support patients, visitors, and hospital projects through their service and fundraising efforts.

Please ask staff about current gift shop hours and available volunteer assistance.
