Crittenden Community Hospital is a Rural Emergency Hospital serving Marion, Crittenden County, and the surrounding communities of Western Kentucky. Our hospital and clinics provide emergency, primary, specialty, surgical, diagnostic, rehabilitation, and home health services close to home.Providers have access to hospital-based services including:
- 24-hour Emergency Department
- Outpatient surgery and endoscopy
- Diagnostic imaging and laboratory services
- Cardiology and pulmonology services
- Cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapy

Dr. Maddux serves as Chief of Staff at Crittenden Community Hospital and is an important part of our medical staff and the care we provide to our community.
Ayrika Winters, DNP, APRN — Primary Care
Ayrika provides primary care services through our growing clinic network, helping expand access to healthcare for patients in our surrounding communities.
Sugata Sensarma, MD — Pulmonology
Dr. Sensarma provides pulmonology services at Crittenden Community Hospital and is board certified in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Internal Medicine. His practice gives patients in our community access to specialized pulmonary care close to home.
Our team is also supported by specialists in cardiology, pain management, behavioral health, general surgery, and other services, allowing patients to receive more of their care close to home.

Life in Western Kentucky
Crittenden County offers small-town living, affordable housing, short commutes, and plenty of room to breathe.Outdoor recreation is a major part of life in Western Kentucky. Kentucky Lake, Lake Barkley, and the 170,000-acre Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area are within easy driving distance and offer boating, fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities.
Marion also provides access to larger communities without the daily congestion of city living. Paducah and Evansville are within driving distance, and Nashville is close enough for a weekend trip.
