Our Patient Financial Services team is here to answer questions about your hospital bill, explain payment options, and help you access available financial assistance.
Registration
Our Registration Department serves patients receiving emergency care, observation, surgery, and other outpatient services. Registration is located near the Emergency Department entrance and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Please bring your photo identification, insurance card, and any orders or paperwork provided by your healthcare provider. Our staff will confirm your contact and insurance information. For scheduled services, we may contact you before your visit to complete registration information.
Understanding Your Bill
Your financial responsibility depends on the services you receive and your insurance coverage. You may be responsible for deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or services your plan does not cover.
Some providers may bill separately from the hospital. If you have questions about a charge or statement, please call the number listed on that bill.
Prompt-Payment Discount
Crittenden Community Hospital offers a 10% discount when payment is made within 30 days of the statement date. The discount does not apply to deductible amounts or certain required copayments.
